How’s the Nassau County Real Estate  Market | 2021 Mid-Year Edition

According to OneKey MLS, the marketplace for Nassau County residential properties, in 1st half 2021 vs 1st half 2020:

2. The Average Sales Price increased by 10% to $806,445 . The Average  Pending Price increased 18% to $859,378. 

3. The inventory of properties available for sale measured in months supply decreased by 44% to 2.2 months worth of properties for sale. 

4. Mortgage rates decreased with the 30 year fixed rate average down 8%  to 3.16% according to Bank Rate.com.
