How’s the Nassau County Real Estate 🏡 Market | June 2021 📆Edition (May ’21 vs April ’21)

According to OneKey MLS, the marketplace for Nassau County residential properties, in May 2021 versus April 2021:

1. The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 16% to 887 properties compared to the previous month, with a top sale of $7,000,000 at 200 Sunset Road Oyster Bay Cove, NY

2. The Average Sales Price decreased by 1% to $794,786 and the Average Pending Price had no percentage change $867,775 .

3. The inventory of properties available for sale measured in months supply decreased by 27% to 1.9 months worth of properties for sale.

4. Mortgage rates decreased with the 30 year fixed rate average down 1% to 3.16% according to Bank Rate.com
