Dean Miller found his way into the real estate business on a whim and a dare in 1997. Accepting a challenge from a friend, he decided to leave the corporate world in November of that year and immediately signed up for real estate school in order to get his license. On Friday, January 2, 1998 he showed up to start his real estate career at a local boutique real estate office in Lynbrook, NY.
20 plus years later, Dean has now worked with 7 local brokerages in sales, management and marketing capacities, and is now the Broker/Owner of his own independent company. Having worked in and succeeded at boutique companies, several of the countries largest franchises, previously owning 2 franchise offices, working in the corporate offices of RE/MAX of NY, and then back into independent companies has positioned him as an expert at every level of the industry.
Dean has also had the opportunity and privilege of training and coaching alongside several of the industries biggest and most successful names. Agents who have ranked from #1 to top 10 regionally, and in the world for Realty Executives, REMAX, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, and others.
His philosophy of providing guidance, education, and support for customers and clients, using strategic plans, has helped guide and educate hundreds of families, individuals, and corporations to sell homes, as well as assisting buyers in every price range, to find and purchase their perfect home or property.
Dean has successfully managed sales in most towns of Nassau County, as well as in Queens, Manhattan and Suffolk Counties. Taking the time to understand the needs and desires of the customer/client, along with strategic plans and systems has been the key to his continued success.
